Council considered two charges of corrupt practices brought against Frederick Uglow Any, Inspector 3rd Class, Sanitary Department, and unanimously found him guilty on the second count.
Council advised that he should be suspended from the exercise of the functions of his office pending the decision of the Secretary of State for the Colonies regarding his dismissal from the Public Service.
